Midasia Group is a leading clothing manufacturer in the world. The company produces garment products, most of the fashionable denim fabrics. It has been manufacturing for more than two decades since 1994. Now, it has around 4,800 skilled and dedicated garments employee along with 2,700 machines. These employees are not only skilled in their jobs, but also they are technologically skilled. We provide them training to be more productive and deliver quality full products. Its annual production capacity is 16.8 million, which is exported all over the world. In Bangladesh, there is only few companies that have more than 30 lines of production. Midasia Group has total of 36 production lines.
Its concerns are Midasia Fashion Ltd., Loadstar Garments Ltd., Midasia Embroidery, Midasia Wash, Midasia Screen Print, Midasia Dry Process, C&F, and Transports. Midasia Group is in the process of becoming a one-stop destination for international RMG buyers.
Being a vertically and horizontally integrated manufacturer of Textiles, Midasia produces ‘The finest cloths in the world’. Also, Midasia create opportunities for physically challenged people. There are more than 70 employees who are physically challenged. They contribute to the society, for the country.

Midasia Family
Around 70% of our employees are female. Our lady employees find the workplace to be safe, respectful, and we ensure them with security many required facilities.
Quality Focus
The fabric quality, that we focus on is Denim. About 60% is Denim products. In non-denim products, we have cotton shirts and pants.
Product Focus
Most of the buyers order women wear. Besides, we manufacture male and children cloths too.
Midasia Washing
Over the years, the company has grown significantly in both size and customer base. Its monthly capacity is around 2.5 million integrating the wet and dry wash process. As a corporate citizen, Midasia Wash, we placed immense value on ethics and good corporate governance. We believe in being compliant with the laws and fulfill our mandated commitments.
We are one of the few companies to consciously fulfill our social responsibilities and invest in keeping our environment clean. Also, we manufacture clothing which is environment-friendly.
Effluent Treatment Plant Process (ETP)
Keeping it in mind, it has established Effluent Treatment Plant , and Biological Chemical Treatment Plant in its dye house to accomplish the biological chemical treatment of by-products. Our water treatment, industrial waste water treatment , and sewage treatment solutions help industries reduce their impact on the environment. Our zero liquid discharge plants that use our patented polymeric film-based Evaporator have the lowest operating costs in the world. We offer end-to-end solutions, ranging from feasibility study and analysis, solution definition, design, engineering, sourcing and delivery of components and final installation along with operation and maintenance services.

CHILD LABOR FREE
Around 260 million children are in employment around the world, according to the International Labor Organisation’s report. But we are not among them. Our workplace is child labor free.

Production of garments depends on the employees technical skills and experience. All of our employees are expert in technology. They are always to adjust with the latest technology.

The protection of individuals from harassment in the workplace is of paramount importance. Our workplace promotes awareness, prevention, and the appropriate and timely resolution of allegations of harassment.

Physically challenged people are part of the society and they always want to contribute in the economy. They prefer to earn rather than begging. Here, we give them opportunity to work and earn their own livings.
COMPENSATION
All the employees are paid timely according to Bangladesh government law. Also, they have compensation for their work efficiency. We encourage our people to be honest and ethical by awarding them.
AWARENESS
Every month we arrange awareness program based on security, fire, health, and chemicals. Also, we aware our employees about drugs and anti social crimes. If we find someone is drug addicted, then we sack their job.
FIRE & HEALTH SAFETY
Our Boiler room is separate from sewing and cutting floor for safety of the employees. Still we have a fire drill every months first day. We also have medical room, and dispensary with a doctor for the employees.
ASSOCIATION
We always associate our employees. When the employees are having any problems, they tell it to leader & the leader try to solve it. Also, we arrange some session for them, if its a common problem.
