Midasia Group has established schools, medical centers & orphanages as part of its corporate commitment to render social welfare activities. It has also contributed to the surrounding areas of the factories by building bridges, roads and few other infrastructures. Distribution of winter clothes and relief work during natural disasters are also notable philanthropic approaches that Midasia Group extends consistently.

Many emergency units of blood in Dhaka city often run out of AB-ve or O-ve blood, and shortages of all types of blood occur during the summer and winter holidays. So, Midasia Group’s employee contribute their blood in time of emergency. It registered more than 1000 blood donors. During blood donation time, a separate team of volunteers were on site giving out drinks, snacks and t-shirts all who donated blood.
Midasia Group is aware of Occupational Safety and Health and strengthened of the Occupational Safety and Health Committees at the factory level. This is very important to secure workers safety, and there were few workshops and training. This is a Pro-Active step by the Midasia Group to spread awareness and vigilance at the factory level to ensure safety and reduce risk of fatal and costly accidents. It enhanced awareness among the representatives of employers and workers would directly contribute to safe work places.
We believe that education is a crucial component of personal growth and community advancement. Accordingly, we seek to promote education (including special education) and employment enhancing, vocational skills, especially amongst children, women, elderly and underprivileged people. Also, we provide education to the underprivileged children in the community. Through our charitable initiatives, Midasia Group creates learning opportunities and promotes academic achievements for students.
Health is the foundation on which social progress rests. We organise free Medical Camps at Villages near our plant locations and extend financial aid to local NGOs.
In keeping with our mission to achieve greater sustainability and improve our green quotient, we undertake tree plantations on our premises to improve the region’s green cover. We also fund afforestation efforts and have adopted certain stretches of roads for natural beautification.
